I began my career journey in the education field with a passion for serving others. I soon realized my true love for health and fitness and made the transition to serving families in my area via CrossFit. For the past decade, I have coached kids and adults and guided 200+ clients in improving their nutrition and lifestyle.
I spent the last year serving as a health & wellness coach alongside practitioners evaluating genetics and setting health goals. I pursued 6 months of extensive training to become a Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach.
I'm excited to take a culmination of this experience and invest my expertise, passion, and energy to support my clients in becoming their BEST self.

Health coaching services are client centered. I only take on a small number of clients to ensure I am able to provide you with the attention you deserve. You can expect a smooth onboarding process with our Healthie app. You will complete introductory surveys to better inform myself on your health history and goals. If you are local, you can expect an in person meeting to conduct an InBody scan and review any data or health tracking tools to set measurable goals. From there we will meet virtually on an unlimited basis (typically weekly or bi-weekly) to vision plan, work through your personal goals, and create action steps. These goals can range from nutrition, exercise, sleep, stress management, mindfulness, and more. You will also have ongoing access to me via messaging, document sharing, and the ability to set up more frequent calls if needed.
YES! The only variable is the in person InBody scan. However, we have other means of tracking body composition for those in other locations.
This is NOT a program that provides a step by step education or a meal plan in hand. On the other hand, everything is catered to your needs. My goal is to provide support systems that allow you to independently accomplish your desired behaviors.
Yes! I have a background working with a physician care team in helping clients put their health goals into action. Typically you or your physician would share your labs (Healthie app is HIPPA protected) and your desired health objectives with me. We would work together to devise an action plan of behaviors to meet your goal(s). I would like to recognize, it is outside of my scope of practice to interpret labs, make a diagnosis, prescribe a meal plan, or suggest supplements.
